Permanent Absent Voter List Information
With the passage of Proposal 3 in 2018, all registered voters are now eligible to vote early (by mail or in person) without providing a reason.

I want to make it even more convenient by inviting you to be on your local clerk’s Permanent Absent Voter Automatic Ballot Application List.

Benefits of being on the Permanent Absent Voter Ballot Application List:
  • You will automatically receive an absent voter ballot application before each scheduled election in your jurisdiction..
  • If you choose to return the application, your local clerk will send you a ballot as soon as they arrive in their office.
  • You can vote at a time convenient for you and avoid any potential lines on Election Day.
  • You can take your time studying the ballot and vote from home when you are ready.
